Kaleji Gurday Masala ( Mutton Liver Kidney Curry ) ... Mutton liver and kidney, cooked together in onion and yogurt based curry. This delicious curry is specially prepared on Eid-ul-Adha, after qurbani ( animal sacrifice ) and is served as a breakfast / brunch with roti or Naan.

Achari Muthian Salan ( Pickled Kabab Curry ) ... Beef / Mutton Kababs in thick tangy curry. These Kababs are made with ground / minced meat and spices; formed into thin sausage shapes and shallow-fried. A tangy curry is made separately with onion, tomato, yogurt and spices. Lastly, kababs are added to the curry.

Kulfa / Badam Kulfi ( Milk & Almonds Ice Cream ) ... Kulfi is a traditional Pakistani / Indian ice cream made with milk, khoya, sugar & nuts.

On Eid or special occasions, we get a lot of mithai ( South Asian sweets ) including Burfi. Usually, we freeze the Burfi for later use in Kheer / Firni, Gajar Halwa or Zarda. But this time, I tried something new; a delicious, rich and refreshing frozen treat from it. It was a great hit :)
