Mango Cake Balls

Mango Cake Balls ... Made from fresh or leftover cake, jam & nuts. These are perfect for any occasion. Very easy, quick & tasty treat for any unexpected guests or great to serve in parties or just for yourself when you are craving something sweet :)

Mango Cake Balls
********************

Ingredients :
  • Plain cake
  • Cardamom powder
  • Almonds / pistachios, finely chopped
  • Mango jam
Method :
  • Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
  • Mix in cardamom powder & chopped nuts.
  • Add enough jam until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
  • Roll the cake mixture into balls. Garnish with nuts.
  • Refrigerate until served.
Note :
  • Use ingredients above according to your liking. They were slightly sweet as the cake & the jam both contains sugar. Next time, I'm going to try it with fresh bread crumbs.
