Mango Cake Balls
********************
Ingredients :
- Plain cake
- Cardamom powder
- Almonds / pistachios, finely chopped
- Mango jam
Method :
- Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- Mix in cardamom powder & chopped nuts.
- Add enough jam until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
- Roll the cake mixture into balls. Garnish with nuts.
- Refrigerate until served.
- Use ingredients above according to your liking. They were slightly sweet as the cake & the jam both contains sugar. Next time, I'm going to try it with fresh bread crumbs.
