Ingredients :
Marinade :
Marinade :
- 1 kg. mutton chops
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. red chillies powder
- 1 tbsp. crushed red chillies
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp. salt ( or to taste )
- 1/4 cup oil
- Chaat masala, to taste
- Lemon wedges
- Clean and wash the mutton chops thoroughly. Wipe dry with a kitchen towel.

- In a non-stick pan, add the marinated chops.
- Cook, covered, on low flame till they become tender & the water dries up ( Keep turning them in between. Add little water, if necessary, to cook the chops ).
- Add oil & cook, stirring frequently until the oil separates and chops are brown.
- Transfer to the serving platter, sprinkle chaat masala & squeeze lemon juice on top.
