Ingredients :
- Cookie Cutters
- White / Milk / Dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- Sprinkles / chopped nuts / desiccated coconut
Method :
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Place cookie cutters on cookie sheet. Lightly grease the inside of cookie cutters.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave safe bowl.
- Pour melted chocolate into each cookie cutter and put in refrigerator for few minutes until it starts to firm.
- Remove & decorate with sprinkles / nuts / coconut. Lightly press the topping into the chocolate.
- Let stand until completely cool & set.
- Gently press chocolates out of cutters.
- Store in a cool place until ready to serve.
- You can also add chopped nuts or candied fruit in the melted chocolate.
