Fruit & Cream ... A Creamy Fruit Dessert. An easy & yummy summer dessert; made with cream, sugar & fruits. Mango & cream combination is always a hit in my home ... Here, I have used mango, peach & banana.You can use your favorite fruits like pineapple, melon, apples, grapes, berries, etc. or even the canned fruits. Also you can add some chopped nuts, jelly cubes or whatever you like to make it more colorful & delicious. So, enjoy this yummy & rich dessert with the healthiness of fruits :)
Fruit & Cream

* Serves : 3 - 4
Ingredients :
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 3 - 4 tbsp. powdered sugar ( according to taste, you can also use honey )
- Mango essence, few drops
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- 2 peaches, diced
- 3 bananas, sliced
- Nuts, chopped ( optional )
- Prepared jelly cubes ( optional )
Method :
- In a large bowl, mix whipping cream, sugar & mango essence.
- Gently fold in the fruits, nuts & jelly cubes.Cover and chill for at least an hour.
- Garnish with fruit slices & serve.
- Use the amount of fruit according to your liking. If you like more fruit than cream, add more fruit.
