White Chocolate Latte


White Chocolate Latte ... Warm up on a cold day with a cup of hot latte. Perfect for coffee lovers!


White Chocolate Latte
*************************
Serves : 4

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 2 tbsp.  instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp.  vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp.  almond extract
  • Whipped cream, instant coffee, chocolate chips; optional
Method :
  • Combine milk, half-and-half, white chocolate and instant coffee in a small saucepan.
  • Heat over low heat until chocolate morsels are melted.
  • Stir in vanilla and almond extracts; pour evenly into 4 mugs.
  • Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of instant coffee and chocolate chips; if desired. 
  • Serve immediately.
Note : I skipped the extracts and it was still great.

    Ambreen, choco latte for winters ...... seeing the glass itself is comforting.
