Murgh Makhani ( Butter Chicken) is a popular dish in Pakistani / Indian cuisine. First, chicken is marinated with yogurt and spices, then grilled or cooked in a pan. A tomato sauce is made separately with tomatoes, butter & spices. When the sauce is prepared, the cooked chicken & cream is mixed in. Lastly, the dish is garnished with butter, green chillies and coriander leaves. Enjoy this rich, creamy & buttery dish with Naan or rice!
Murgh Makhani ( Butter Chicken)

For Marinade :
- 500 - 750 gm. chicken ( with or without bones )
- 2 cups plain yogurt, hang in a cheesecloth for an hour until most of the liquid is drained out
