ReplyDeleteHi Ambreen ...liked your blog and this zeera biscuits remind me of my childhood. I am going to make them very soon...
ReplyDeleteHi..I've been searching for the perfect zeera biscuits recipe and it seems my search ends here! :) Just made a batch, they taste just the bakery-bought ones.
ReplyDeleteI did have a few problems though - my dough didn't get the dough-like consistency; it was too crumbly, so I had to add an extra egg. Then I popped it in the freezer for about 5-10mins. It was alright from that point, and the taste it absolutely delish! Any suggestions as to why that happened?
Keep up the good work!
Thanks Javeria for liking it! If the dough is too crumbly, try adding little milk until the dough comes together :)
DeleteHi Ambreen! I don't know if this website is still in use, but I've been making zeera biscuits from your recipe for the past 5 years! I've actually been requested to make them again today, so I thought I'd drop by and let you know this is still a favourite! <3
