Another recipe from Donna Hay's site! These cookies were easy to make, but they were not exactly a hit. They were not too bad but not exactly what I wanted. I followed the recipe exactly using measurement in grams. I think there is nothing wrong with the recipe, will try this again using the cup measurements :)

I was looking for chocolate chip cookies all over the net :) you know what after a minute may be; i shut down all the tabs; just opened your Blog; yuppie i found it :D going to try your recipe with in a few days inshallah.. Ambreen just a question from you, i have seen your strawberry choc chip cookies too :) you have used soda. caster sugar n salt there... but here, there is no use of soda/salt or caster sugar; just baking powder and brown sugar.. which recipe would be most chewy and a soft one.. will go for that :) waiting for your reply :) caster sugar made cookies crispy and brown sugar make them chewy ?
ReplyDeleteCorrect me if i am wrong :)
