Pakistan's Independence Day : Bake a Hidden Star in a Cupcake
Bake a Hidden Star in a Cupcake ... Don't judge from the outside, beauty lies within!
I came across this recipe a few months ago. The original recipe makes a very large batch, so I used my favorite cupcakes recipe to make a small batch. And the result was great for a first attempt. Please pardon my poor frosting skills, I rarely do frosting on baked goods :)
They look a bit difficult to make, but they're quite simple. You can use your favorite recipe for cupcakes and butter-cream. Use this technique with any shape you like, make sure it is small enough to fit inside a cupcake. So if you want to impress your family and friends, make these and let them wonder how you did it :)
