Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate



Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate ... A luxurious Hot Chocolate recipe to warm your heart during cold winter days! Rich and creamy dink that needs just three ingredients; milk, chocolate and peanut butter!

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate
********************************

Makes: 2 large mugs or 4 cups

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 oz. ( 45 gm. ) dark chocolate or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tbsp.  creamy peanut butter

Method :
  • Warm milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  • Whisk in chocolate and peanut butter. Cook until melted and smooth.
  • Keep simmering until it thickens slightly, about 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, pour hot chocolate into mugs.
  • Serve with whipped cream or drizzle peanut butter on top.
